The patient was referred to CB Smiles for replacement of his missing teeth. The patient had lost his teeth many years ago due to a car accident as a teenager. The patient was looking to have teeth made to replace his removable partial denture.
A combination of a porcelain bridge with porcelain crowns were used to create a natural smile for the patient.
