This patient was involved in a serious car accident approx 20 yrs ago out of the country. After multiple surgeries, he had a bridge completed at that time. He was always unhappy with his smile and his teeth after the accident. After a thorough discussion of his options, he decided on a new upper bridge and lower partial (to replace his missing lower teeth). He is definitely smiling more confidently.
